Soft Taco

Same as soft taco but cook the tortilla into a V-shaped shell first.
Tostada
Same as soft taco but cook the tortilla flat first.
Burrito
Same as soft taco but wrap the tortilla around everything.
Chimichanga
Same as burrito then deep fry it.
Quesadilla
Same as soft taco but with just cheese pan fried between two (2) tortillas
Meat Quesadilla
Same as quesadilla with your choice of meat added between the tortillas.
Tamales
Hang around in the parking lot of the grocery store closest to the Hispanic neighborhood in town and wait for the nice lady with the cooler to buy them from.
Posole
Make chicken noodle soup and put hominy in it.
