Crepes
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
2/3 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooled melted butter
blend in the blender
scrape down the sides
blend again
let set in fridge 30 mins or overnight
blend again 30-60 seconds to remix
cook crepes in buttered hot skillet.
top as desired - recommended:
lemon juice & powdered sugar
jam or jelly
peanut butter
nutella
