Crepes
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
2/3 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooled melted butter
Blend in the blender
Scrape down the sides
Blend again
Let set in fridge 30 mins or overnight
Blend again 30-60 seconds to remix
Cook crepes in buttered hot skillet.
Top as desired - recommended:
Lemon juice & powdered sugar
Jam or jelly
Peanut butter
Nutella
