Pillsbury Pizza Dough
Slice pizza dough into short strips. Put 1-2 pepperonis on the end with a small pile of cheese. Roll it up and put it on a backing sheet. Do this until the sheet is full. Bake them following the directions for the pizza dough. Serve with Marinara sauce.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
10 oz chopped spinach, drained
10 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
10 oz alfredo sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
4 oz cream cheese
Mix it all together in a 9x9 pan
bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Cheese Ball
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 oz) thin sliced pastrami chopped small
1/2 cup (2 oz) green onions chopped small
optional: your choice of chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl and mix well. Shape into ball(s) and roll in chopped nuts. Chill and serve with your choice of crackers. Usually wheat thins.
