Marinara sauce
Back the chicken. Pull it out and add Marinara sauce and Mozzerella to the top. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted. Serve over Rice or Pasta of your choice. Can also be made with chicken nuggets. :)

Make a quesadilla with fajita mix(peppers&onions) in it.

Russian Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts defrosted
1 cup Russian or Catalina salad dressing
1/2 cup Peach or Apricot Jam (add more jam if you want it sweeter)
1 envelope dry French Onion Soup Mix
Put chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl, mix the next 3 ingredients. Pour mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, cover baking dish tightly with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Serve with rice or pasta. The chicken juices and sauce can be ladled over both chicken and side dishes.
Pork Roast
Take a pork roast, sear it on all sides, put it in a crock pot, add a half cup of water, smear a jar of Black Currant Jelly over it, cook it like you normally would. Let cool & serve over rice or on a bun.
Also works in a pressure cooker or a multi cooker.
Shred the leftovers and save in a covered container with the juice marinating them.
