Real Guacamole

6 Hass avocados

1 Roma tomato

1 small onion (red or yellow)

2 tbsp of mayo

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt

Tabasco sauce to taste

Quick Guacamole

Avacados
Pace Picante Sauce (mild, medium or hot)

Smash avacados and mix in Pace Picante sauce to taste.

Fry Sauce

Equal parts Ketchup & Mayo mixed together.

Step it up a notch by adding diced pickles.
